Scott Crumback
Scott Crumback is President and Founder of EB Compliance Strategies. He is an expert in ERISA Welfare Benefit Plan compliance with over 40 years of experience managing all levels of outsourced employee benefits services for his employer clients. A driven entrepreneur with expertise in HIPAA and Affordable Care Act compliance requirements, Scott is known for delivering unparalleled excellence in client-focused compliance and benefits administration consulting.
After establishing himself in the industry, Scott Crumback served for 10 years as Vice President of Flex Administrators, Inc., a third-party benefits administrator service specializing in flexible spending accounts management. In 1997 he founded Corporate Benefit Strategies, a flexible benefit services consulting firm. By 2012, Scott noticed both an increasing demand for IRS and Department of Labor compliance support and an inadequate supply of client resources. He had grown his business to include over 350 clients with $3 million in annual revenue and began navigating a merger between CBS, and bswift LLC, another company that catered to small and high-profile clientele with a reputation for delivering outstanding customer service, to meet this need. As a result, EB Compliance Strategies was formed—an organization committed to providing detailed and long-term comprehensive benefits compliance solutions.
